Process to dateBusiness Plan: Enhance a safe physical environment for our
school community
Board proposal 5 Year Grounds development Plan, joint P&C & school funded to provide a clear focus and direction.
Request for a fee proposals to Landscape architectural firms.
We commissioned the services of Plan E Landscape Architectural firm.
The committee’s role… To ensure that best practice in the design
process is followed and that our children are provided with the best outcomes for Shade and Play within the school’s limited budget over the coming years.
Process
All feedback from parents and students was carefully considered in the overall planning.
Provided with initial sketch design
proposals for presentation to the committee for feedback. The committee considered the proposals to ensure they are realistic and meet the schools brief and budget.
Presentation tonight of draft Subiaco Primary School Landscape Master Plan. Opportunity to ask questions.
What next…
Plans placed on website. Two weeks for any additional feedback.
Where appropriate, this additional feedback will be provided to the architect for incorporation.
The final agreed upon Subiaco Primary School Landscape Master plan will contain a detailed staging plan, cost estimates for each stage and the preparation of a planting plan.
