Participation in Seminar Evaluation Along with organizations from fourteen countries: India, Indonesia, Togo,Estonia, Lithuania, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Mexico and Colombia we participatedin a final evaluation seminar "Turn On Europe and Get Involved" in order toanalyze the results and analyze the future possibilies of working together.

What happened during this project?

There were 24 youth volunteers of the organization that traveled to get toknow how our partner organization functions. Anthony from Arci Strauss, Italy,was in Argentina while Nadia, member of the coordinating table, was inCroatia.

In addition, there were more than 24 workshops in different parts of the worldmotivating young people to become involved in their communities asvolunteers so that they can understand the job world of work, mobilizing morethan 1000 young people.

What will happen in the future?

We hope to strengthen the work with organizations from different projects tofacilitate the participation of young people from other countries in Argentinaand the world with scholarship and grant programs.

Employability Workshop

Subir al Sur along with its volunteers in the Escuela 2 of Villa Lujano developan employability workshop with fifth-year students.

Through different dynamics young volunteers that soon have to figure out theirnext step in working and/or studying have the opportunity to exchangethoughts and perspectives regarding life decisions.

Articulation with El Arranque

In October one of our volunteers joins the work of development of El Arranquein the city of Buenos Aires. Our volunteer will be providing academic supportto students that wish to pursue higher education.

We began working together to think about possible strategies for projectdevelopment that intend to incorporate youth perspective.

Workshop in MétaforaOn Saturday, September 20, all the volunteers joined Fundación Metáfora for a beautiful

day of training. We got up very early to embark on the journey to Virrey del Pino. We had

little sleep, but a lot of eagerness to spend time together. We arrived at the house of

solidarity and the friends of the organization waited for us with open arms and mate to

begin the activity. We toured the house and discussed the developing projects, from the

women's textile cooperative to the computer workshop.

After the tour we partook in a workshop on social responsibility on concepts, intervention

strategies, and solidarity. We ended the day with roast and vegetables. It was a very

rewarding day for exchange and growth.

Visit from ICYE Japan

ICYE Japan, one of our partner organizations, represented by Ayako in hisvisit to Argentina came to our office to get to know our work and to share amerienda in our house of volunteers.
