Our services include: Initial Evaluation A thorough face-to-face psycho-social history and clinical assessment to determine treatment recommendations. Referrals/Treatment Recommendations The SAP will refer the employee for education and/or the most appropriate level of substance abuse treatment. SAP referrals take into account the severity of need, work schedule, location and cost. Tracking SAP monitors employees’ treatment compliance and reports progress to the employer. Follow-up Evaluation Upon completion of treatment, the SAP will determine if the employee has successfully complied with treatment recommendations. The evaluation will assist the employer in determining whether to return the employee to safety-sensitive duties. Princeton HealthCare System Employee Assistance Program (PHCS EAP) provides SAP services to a wide range of companies, from small, family-owned businesses to large corporations. Our program adheres to strict requirements of the DOT by professionally evaluating the employee and recommending appropriate education and/or treatment, follow-up tests and aftercare. All of our program clinicians are qualified Substance Abuse Professionals, each with specific experience, training and expertise in drug and alcohol assessments.
