PROJECT: PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION



Since 2003 after 24 years of use during meetings of the committee of the north industrial park began to address the issue of damage to the pavement of the main entrance to the industrial park, the project included repairing 10,814.04 m2 (116,400sqft) of asphalt, Over the following years remained debated the committee formed by representatives from customers and FINSA. Unfortunately no agreements were reached to resolve the problem. Now a days after more than 30 years of pavement use the problem is more serious because the base is also damaged and much larger area to be repair, for 2011 are 95.000 m2 (1,022,571 sqft) of pavement to be repaired with an approximate cost of 2.4 million USD. As can be seen as time passes it is more urgent and more expensive to make repairs to the pavement of this important industrial complex that has seen us grow as companies, and corporate. In several administrations of the City Hall have been request support to repair the streets unfortunately we have not been successful.

It is necessary to reconstruct the asphalt on industrial park main entrance and the first stage.

The current asphalt has more than 30 years of use.

These avenues provide service to 37 companies located within the park.

The asphalt conditions represents an unsafe condition for motorists and pedestrians traveling on these roads daily.

Vehicles result damaged due to large number of holes that result from the constant traffic.

Cause delays in delivery of products and services of companies installed here to get slower traffic by the poor condition of the asphalt, causing great economic losses for businesses.

3 November 8th, 2005The issue of damage to the asphalt is exposed for the third time the park committee considering the repair of 42.241 m2 of asphalt covering the main entrance to the park, adding Av. de La Industria, Av. Prolongación Uniones, Av. Michigan and AV. Ohio. Investment cost of $ 11,437,595.57 MXP

4 October 31th, 2006The issue of damage to the asphalt is exposed for the fourth time the park committee considering the repair of 12,100 m2 of asphalt covering the main entrance to the park, the city hall confirmed the donation of calcium sulfate for construction of the base. investment cost of $ 3,731,277.00

5 February 20th, 2008It held a meeting with Jose Arnoldo Carrillo de la Garza municipal director of urban planning. Discussed the issue of roads at the entrance to the industrial park by the construction of the Quinta Moros division. Carrillo presented Finsa road projects that have considered the town to make the roads more agile in the industrial zone these being the construction of 3 lanes on Avenue of the industry and the expansion of the Constituyentes Avenue to four lanes.

6 April 15th, 2008It held a meeting with Jose Arnoldo Carrillo de la Garza municipal director of urban planning. The committee proposes to Jose Carrillo that based on the use that is giving the street from the main entrance of the park, school zone and now part of the residential and commercial projects is upgraded with resurfacing that city is currently doing.

7 April 30th, 2008It was send a letter to Manuel Polanco urban development secretary requesting the repaving of the main entrance to the industrial park stating that passing daily over 10,000 vehicles and that this important avenue serves more than 35,000 people working in the maquiladora industry.

8 January 14th, 2009 It was send a letter to Jesus de la Garza Diaz General Manager of water and drainage of the city and Manuel Polanco urban development secretary requesting the repair of the pavement on Prolonación Uniones Ave. which has been opened by the water and sewer company to serve companies located northwest of the city outside the industrial park.

9 January 25th, 2010 It was send letter to Manuel Polanco Secretary of Urban Development requesting an appointment to discuss the repair of the pavement of the streets of the industrial park.

10 February 19th, 2010 Project information about paving the streets of the Industial Park is delivered to Lorenzo Bautista Public Works Director.

11 August 20th, 2010 It was send a letter to the City Mayor Alfonso Sanchez Garza requesting an appointment to review the issue of paving the streets of the industrial park.

12 2010During the year 2010 in the meeting of the committee addresses the issue of repairing the pavement of the streets of the industrial park featuring various proposals, budgets and financing plans.

13 January 3rd, 2011 It was send a letter to the City Mayor Alfonso Sanchez Garza requesting an appointment to review the issue of paving the streets of the industrial park.

14January 24th, 2011 It was held a metting with Roberto Mattus Secretary of Economic Development and Employment, He was requested to inform

the City Mayor that Industrial Park requested to repair its streets with 100 % investmentof the city

15January 31th, 2011

It was held a metting with Roberto Mattus Secretary of Economic Development and Employment and Guillermo Laguna Urban Development Secretary , They were requested to inform the City Mayor that Industrial Park requested to repair its streets with 100 % investmentof the city.

• It is the way to nearby neighborhoods as : Col. Esperanza, Uniones, Baltazar Diaz, Nuevo Amanecer, Vista Hermosa, villa del parque, Hacienda Quinta Moros.

• Wherefore all the people that circulate to these neighborhoods, study centers and workplaces would benefit.

• By having better infrastructure is promoted more foreign investment and job creation
