CLASS STRUCTURES2 Hour Programs: Power skating and hockey skills comPonents are combined in 110 minutes on the ice.55 minutes of power skating technique training55 minutes of core skill development: stickhandling, passing, shooting and positional play, featuring a scrimmage on the final day.

1 Hour Programs: Power skating and hockey skills comPonents are combined in 50 minutes on the ice.25 minutes of power skating technique training25 minutes of foundation skill development: hockey skills of stickhandling, passing and shooting, featuring a scrimmage on the final day.

The curriculum is adjusted to be age and skill-level appropriate for each class.

Players in each class are grouped into small training groups based on skill and experience to ensure that they are challenged to learn and improve accordingly.

Classes are open to male & female players of all levels: B, A, AA, AAA.
