PRE-­‐  idea  genera=on  phase  -­‐>  Clarifying  the  problem  

In  order  to  start  the  idea  genera3on  phase  with  well  prepared  and  engaged  par3cipants.  

Mobilizing  and  empowering  par3cipants  through  games  and  tests  

Different   profiles   with   related   aGtudes   and   behaviors   co-­‐exist:  challenge  is  to  iden3fy  and  to  combine  their  strengths  to  increase  their  innova3ve  poten3al.    

Once  par3cipants’  capacity  to  generate  crea3ve  ideas  and  to  drive  them  forward  assessed,    profiles  provide  a  great  tool  to  engage  with  par3cipants.  Recogni3on  and  rewards  can  be  easily  managed  through  virtual  rewards  as  badges  .  

Crea3vely  redefining  the  problem  and  Its  backgroung  as  well  as  targets  

Upstream,  explora3on  of  the  problem  is  necessary  to  well  understand  its  scope.    

Groups  and  subgroups  can  exchange  and  share  about  it.
