Are Any Of Those Essential?

It is easy to ascribe success to some of

those traits.

We also like to give success a mystical,

almost supernatural quality.

But is that true?

I sincerely do not think so…

First of all, success may be in the eye of

the beholder.

That is to say, you are the person who

defines success in your life.

One person is a success if that person

earns a million dollars per year.

Yet another person defines success as

being alive.

Who is right? Who is wrong?

Why?

Can we make any sense out of this

concept of success?

I think we can gain some clarity and

insight into this idea of success

I cannot define success for you any more

than you can define success for me.

By definition, success is highly

Individualistic.

What I would like to do is to get you to

think about what success is for you…

That is what is truly important.

What I would like toward in the next few

weeks is an exploration of personal

success. Are there come common

essentials to success?

If there are it would be good to know what

those essentials are.

That way we could all use them in our

lives to realize the success we desire in

this life.

As we work our way into and through the

fall season, this is what I would like to

work on; what are the essentials of

success and how can we use these

essentials to achieve success in our own

lives?

Simple? Yes!

Easy? Probably not…

Success requires that we grow. Growing

is simple, but it is not always easy!
