This convention aims to give its participants the opportunity to learn from very successful people on how they became successful and what Chinoy values helped them along the way. Through the sharing of the speakers’ success stories, hopefully the participants may be inspired to dream bigger and also strive for excellence.

bringing in Chinoy personalities in campus to talk about their success story

q  to inspire the college students to dream bigger and have bigger goals

q  to educate college students regarding various fields of expertise

o  handles the design and execution of the dynamic program

flow for the convention o  in-charge of finding speakers and performers for the

convention o  ushers of the speakers all throughout the event proper o  oversee lights, sounds, and audio-visual presentations during

the convention o  hosts for the afternoon session (covers the opening and

closing remarks, introduction and appreciation of speakers, and sponsors promotion

o  in-charge of coordinating with different organizations in the university

o  handles the inside-campus publicity of the event where internal participants will come from

o  targets incentives and alternative classes

o  in-charge of contacting prospective participants from

different universities to attend the convention o  create partnerships with other organizations outside

DLSU o  affiliate with different Chinese High Schools for the

external participants o  assists and accompany all external participants during

the convention

o  in-charge of solicitations for the even by creating sponsorship packages and coordinating with sponsors

o  held responsible for acquiring cash and x-deal sponsorships from companies, which will be given to participants during the convention

 

o  in-charge of the floor plan of the booth and event proper o  organize and manage the ticket selling booth o  responsible for coordinating with other committees to

make sure the materials needed are acquired o  handles security and manpower during the event proper o  facilitates the food distribution

   

o  in-charge of producing quality publicity materials such as

posters, tarpaulins, teaser videos, ticket design, central committee photos, etc.

o  coordinates with other committees in conceptualizing different paraphernalia
