A leader is required to continue to make

innovations in the works , how to lead a team ,

how to finish any problems that arise . Leader

must continue to be able to move quickly , leader

must continue to learn and look toward the

future of how the changes that occur to be done to

improve the performance of enterprise

organizations .

and make positive changes for the betterment of

the company organization .

When is going to make changes, a leader should

not hesitate to decide because it would be a waste

of time and would be fatal to the wheels of the

organization

Delay to act will destroy all the plans that have

been made and it was decided to run . All

changes must be made with measurable and

should be viewed in terms of the positive and

negative of the change and minimize the

mistakes made so that changes can be

implemented for the betterment of the

organization ‘s performance . Therefore, a leader

must focus on the decisions made .

A leader must delegate work to subordinates who

accompanied to the responsibility to run it . The

responsibility of a leader is very important

because it gives a task to his subordinates with

confidence . That trust must be executed by his

men with perform tasks as quickly as possible .

When they have found out there are many

problems that occur in the internal organization

of the company and should be able to see any

problem from all angles and quickly find a

solution that should be taken.

Because if the problem is left too long eating

problem will be growing and piling up so it is

difficult to solve . And requires a long process

that will disrupt the performance of the

organization .
