Download the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app, available for iOS and Android devices.

In this release, Android users gain the ability to link their achievements directly to their continuous performance management (CPM) goals.

VISA AND PERMITS MANAGEMENT We are excited to announce SAP SuccessFactors Visa and Permits Management. This new solution allows you to manage all country-specific visa and permits processes, improve visibility for decision-making, and align HR and business strategy.

Solution Highlights

SAP SuccessFactors Visa and Permits Management extends SAP SuccessFactors capabilities with unique functionality and provides preconfigured integration into the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution, to help ensure visa and permit processes are more easily integrated into other core HR processes.

With our enhanced team absence calendar, your workforce now has a clearer overview of all planned working days and absences.

Plus, we’ve added an overview of monthly and yearly time evaluation results directly on the time sheet. This helps reduce false time sheet entries and incorrect payouts through payroll by providing clarity into recorded hours, calculated overtime, and premiums per month or year, and insight into the on-call time or allowance recordings per month or year.

EMPLOYEE CENTRALGain greater global scale with localized solutions for your people around the world. We continue our focus on localization with one new country version for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution (core HR) – Iraq – increasing the total number to 92.

EMPLOYEE CENTRAL TIME MANAGEMENT We’ve improved the insight employees and managers have into peer and direct report availability using the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management application.

• Create and manage talent pools • Develop dynamic data capture forms for landing pages

• Offer an expanded candidate profile for tracking candidate engagement, correspondence, and profile data

• Search across the candidate and employee data-base, talent pools, and specific CRM-related data

• Create custom e-mail marketing campaigns and landing pages, using the user-friendly, self-service career site–builder experience

RECRUITING We are happy to announce our initial release of candidate relationship management (CRM) capabilities as part of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution. With this release, our focus is on data management and organization, as well as content strategy so you can run CRM programs to nurture, attract, and hire top talent.

By having the right data to nurture passive candi-dates, you can avoid having to source from scratch every time, reducing both the cost per hire and time to fill. With these new capabilities, you can:

not fully met the expected rating of a specific competency. This enables managers to more accurately determine those who are essentially ready for a role, increasing the talent pool for sourcing candidates and the number of opportu-nities available to employees.

SUCCESSION AND DEVELOPMENTWe are excited to announce a new enhancement to the role-readiness rating calculation in the career worksheet in the SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development solution. Partial credit can now be applied to individuals who have

about a specific blended learning course group, or questions that employees in a leadership course may have about how to complete an assignment, or the discussion of the HR commu-nications team around an upcoming reorganization announcement. All of this is possible directly within the relevant SAP Jam group without having to send e-mail or attachments, and now external participants can be included in the discussions as well.

REAL-TIME, THREADED MESSAGINGUsing SAP Jam, real-time, threaded messaging is now available within groups, bringing everything HR teams, onboarding programs, and course instructors need into one place for collaborating, engaging, and communicating.

Messaging is now connected to the other activities and group-based collaboration that occurs within SAP Jam – for example, information
