● Reflect on where you are.
● Look at your strengths/weaknesses.
● SWOT.
● Wheel of Life.
● Understand your values, dreams,
ambitions.
Step 1: Assess your situation
● Where do you want to be?
● Which values are most important?
● What do you want to achieve?
● What would be the most ideal life?
● Define your values and purpose.
● Visualise where you want to be.
● Look for mentors / coaches.
Step 2: Identify your future
● Create baby steps● Define your yearly, monthly, weekly, daily
goal.● Which strategy do you follow?● What actions do you identify with the
progress?● Take the first (baby) step.● Think: If I was already there, how would I
have gotten there?
Step 3: Identify the path
● Make an action plan.● Execute the action plan● Take the first step.● Stay motivated.● Go beyond your limit.● Create a habit out of your changed
behaviour.● Believe in yourself!● Be confident!● Just do it!
Step 4: Do something!
● How are you performing against your goals?
● How do you measure success?● Track, refine.● Revisit your goal, refine your plan.
