3. Shakerecipesareonpage12.Youcanuseanyshakerecipeyouwantaslongasitislowinsugar(includingsugarfromfruit).
4. Shopatthebeginningoftheweekandprepeverythingyoucanthen.Thatway,whenyougetbusyduringtheweek,youcanstillsticktotheplan.

Mixthezucchini,carrots,spicesandeggsinalargebowlandsetaside.Greasea9x13bakingpanwithbutterandpourtheeggmixtureintothepan.Foraswirledeffect,useaforktocreateacircularpattern.
Bakefor45minutesoruntiltheedgesarebrown.Thequichewillpuffupwhilebakingandthendeflatewhenremovedfromtheoven.Thiscanbemadeintomuffinsbydecreasingbakingtimeto15minutes.
