    1. Participation of families at the time of festival celebrations. It will increase the loyaltyof employees towards the organization.

    2. Encourage the creativity of the employees and guide them towards the fulfillment ofthe tasks.

    3. Provide with flexible timings so that the organization can get the best out of theemployees.

    4. To reduce stress the company must provide proper training to improve their mentaland physical health.

    5. Develop more counseling services for problems like managing work and home6. Review of work process to see if the burden on employees can be lightened7. The organization can give flexible working hours to their employees in the organization and

    hence they can get relaxed for their next day.

    8. Fun at work can be encouraged to keep the employees relaxed at work.

    9. The gender has no way relation with the stress but still facilities and other compensation

    can be provided to the female workers.

    10. Organization should conduct stress relieving programs like yoga and meditation forthe employees regularly in order to reduce the stress level.

    11. Sessions on time management, work planning can be provided to employees by theirmanagers.

    12. By creating a friendly circumstance within the organization, the employees would enjoyworking with their colleagues not considering the age or gender.

    13. Work can be shared among team mates in order to complete the tasks on or before time.This will not be a burden for an individual employee.

    14. Employees should be satisfied by providing their appraisal/bonus/incentives on time whichwill make them happy at work in turn they will lead their life happily.

    The study was conducted in Virtusa India private limited, Chennai, on the topic Work Life

    Balance. Based on the study conducted the following conclusions were drawn. It was found that, even

    though most of the employees are of the age below 25, they suffered from stress related diseases. Most of

    the employees have problems concerning fixed working hours. The employees at Virtusa get two days off

    in a week still they are not able to spend quality time with their family because of work pressure.

    Work life balance of employees can be enhanced by considering the above suggestions.

    From the research study it can be concluded that:-

    The employees in the pharmaceutical industry are not much satisfied with their work-

    life status. Pharmaceutical industries are not having a separate work-life policy for

    the employees and due to this it is difficult for the employees to balance their work and

    life.

    The employees also have to travel for 1-2 hours to reach the company and due to this

    they have to spend less time with their family as they are leaving their home early and

    reach late.

    The employees are happy with their colleagues and supervisor but due to long working

    hours and fewer holidays they did not get more time for their personal work.

    There are some employees who often feel that they feel tired or depressed with their

    work. Company does not pay special attention towards such employees and due to this

    they might have to face some severe disease in future.

    At last, it can be concluded that if the pharmaceutical industries have a separate work-life policythen the employees will be satisfied ant they feel themselves as a part of the organization. If the

    employee feels satisfied then it will definitely give impact to the progress and growth of theorganization. The organization will be successful and effective in thecorporate world
