My expectations for this course are t learn as much as

possible sharing all your experiences, resources,

strategies for responding to different needs…. and put

into practice with my pupils.

I have students with behavioral and emotional

difficulties and other special needs and sometimes I

feel doubtful about how to teach with a class of 25

or more children. However, I try to have a plan B

and C in case some unexpected circumstances

occur but in most cases I have to use L1.

I’m very enthusiastic about my work and I have

infinite patience with children.

I’m very positive and my pupils are highly

motivated.

I’m very good at teaching creative drama

activities, storytelling with puppets, masks and

costumes, teaching TPR activities and songs….

I think this course can helps me to improve my skills as an english teacher, because I don’t have much experience teaching english. Besides I know there are a lot of teachers who have great ideas to do funny and advantageous activities during class. And I’m well disposed to learn everything.

I have studied pre-school education as well as english, which was only my second option. At the moment I’m working (luckly) as an english teacher, and I love it! I’m aware that I have to improve my english. So this is my biggest concern.

One of my skills is creativity. I always come up with good ideas in relation to preparing the class. For me it is very important that my students are motivated while learning english. I consider myself a person who likes to develop. Thats why I’m always looking for the best way to teach my pupils with funny and useful activities. And each time, I have more resources to do my lessons and it helps me feeling good. So, with the passing time I hope that my experience and my work help me becoming a more self-confident teacher.

What I expect from this course is to learn more strategies to use in my English classes. I haven’t got to much experience, so I expect to learn from my mates and to discover other things to use and do in the class.

I’m sure my grammar and my writing shuld be better. But now, in my class, my maximum needs are for teaching to children, (P3, P4, P5) because some times I found I haven’t good enough resources.

It’s not very polite to talk about the good things of myself… hahaha. But I think that I have got the capacity to adapt to the different levels I teach. With P3, P4 and P5 pupils, I like to move, to speak loud, to act with them, to try that they spend a good time and enjoy English. And with the 1st and 3rd courses, I let them to participate a lot in the class, so they feel protagonist of the class.
