Centerplate Catering is here to make sure every game is fun and memorable-not just on the court, but in your suite as well. We’ve customized and extensive menu just for you with original recipe appetizers, tempting hot entrees and indulgent desserts. Your meals will be accompanied by top name soft drinks, wines and spirits.

General Catering Information

TIMINGWe want you and your guests to be absolutely delighted with your experience at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. We strive to make every detail as smooth and easy for you as possible.

As you can imagine, it takes a little to prepare for a party with 60,000 guests! So please place the order for your suite by 5pm, four (4) business days prior to each game. This gives us the time we need to take good care of you.

If you miss the four day advance ordering deadline, don’t despair! We also offer a smaller “Game Day” menu of terrific items that we are cooking for other locations in the stadium

The Game Day Menu is always available until the end of half-time on game day.

FINE PRINTIt is strictly prohibited to bring any food and beverage into the suites from outside of the Mercedes-Benz superdome

Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations. Orders canceled at least two (2) business days prior to the event will not be charged.

DELIVERYWe strive to deliver your order to your suite with premium freshness and with highest quality. Some items may be delivered after you or your guests arrive to ensure freshness. If you have a specific delivery time, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please call Centerplate at 504.558.6278 to make delivery arrangements. Due to food safety precautions, we remove unconsumed food after three hours of exposure.

SPECIAL ORDERSThe Executive Chef and his team will be pleased to assist you with any special needs you or your guest may have including food allergies. Special requests can be accommodated when ordered four (4) business days prior to your event.

Centerplate has eliminated the use of trans fat in all food service offerings.

Online Ordering Instructions

All orders are placed on our website www.ezplanit.com (4) business days prior to the event.

Already a Registered User?1. Visit www.ezplanit.com 2. Click on the Stadiums, select Mercedes-Benz superdome.3. Click on Place Order, select the date of the event you wish to order, then click on the event name.4. Sign in using your user name and password. 5. Select your suite number. 6. Click on the food or drink category you wish to order, use the pull-down arrow next to the menu category to choose different categories. 7. Add the menu items to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add button. 8. Once you are finished, click on Check Out (this will take you to your shopping cart where you can adjust quantities and add special notes or requests).9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Check Out (please make sure you select the appropriate method of payment). 10. Enter your credit card information including a “Card Label”. You may label “name” your credit card the date of the event for example: MM/DD/YR11. Review your order, check the box and agree to the policies, then click on Complete Check Out. 12. You will be given an order confirmation number, and we’ll also send you an email notification called a “Banquet Event Order” (BEO). If you do not, the order was not processed. 13. Please sign and fax back your BEO to completely confirm your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATIONPayment for your suite food and beverage may be made online by using MasterCard, Visa , American Express, or Discover Card. When placing your order, please provide us with the name of the person(s) who have authority to place additional Event Day orders and who have signing authority. Food and beverage prices will be assessed a service charge of 18%.

PERSONAL SUITE ATTENDANT/BARTENDERSuite Attendants provide service for several suites. For added service, a personal Suite Attendant can be assigned exclusively to your suite when requested (4) business days prior to service. A charge of $300 will be added to your final summary for this additional service.

GRATUITYIf you wish to reward a server for exemplary service, you may do so at your discretion. A gratuity may be given to a server in cash or added to the final bill on the line provided.

SUITE HOLDER RESPONSIBILITIESThe suite holder is requested to identify the responsible administrator for the suite. The administrator will serve as the primary contact for all food and beverage issues. All communication regarding food and beverage orders will occur between the administrator and Centerplate Food and Beverage representative.

BE A TEAM PLAYER – DRINK RESPONSIBLYTo maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the state of Louisiana, we ask that you adhere to the following:

• It is the responsibility of the Suite Holder or their representative to monitor and control alcoholic consumption in the Suite.• Minors, by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.• It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.• Suite attendants and bartenders are available to you as a requested service to monitor and serve alcohol within your suite.• No passing alcoholic beverages from one suite to another or to general seating
