bottle from our carefully selected wine list available in your

EVENT DAY ORDERINGA limited event day menu is included in your suite.During an event, orders may be placed throughyour suite attendant. Event day ordering is providedas a convenience for all guests to have more foodavailable in addition to your existing pre-eventorders.

STANDING FOOD ORDERSARAMARK provides each suite holder with the option of having standing food and/or beverage orders. The suite holder has the ability to also setup multiple standing menus which can be rotated during the chosen events. The suite holder wouldstill have the ability to change these orders withinthe 48 business hour time frame to accommodateany requests. Please discuss with your PremiumSales Manager to determine what would best fityour needs.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGESARAMARK is the only licensee authorized to sell orservice liquor, beer and wine at the Rogers Centre.Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to bebrought into or taken out of the suites or the venueitself. Provincial law prohibits the sale or consump-tion of alcoholic beverages by any person underthe age of 19.

ARAMARK alcohol awareness policies will beobserved. Possible liabilities may arise from theresult of uncontrolled guest behavior; therefore, it isvery important that this policy be strictly followed.It is the responsibility of the suite holder or its rep-resentatives to control the consumption of alcoholicbeverages within the suite. By law, minors underthe age of 19 and persons who appear visiblyintoxicated may not consume alcoholic beverages.ARAMARK reserves the right to refuse service toany person who appears to be intoxicated. Suiteholders may incur liability if they fail to comply. Ifthere are further questions or concerns regardingthis policy, please contact your ARAMARK suiterepresentative.

Beverage InformationPAR STOCK AND INVENTORYFor the convenience of the Suite owners and theirguests, each suite is stocked with a par level of softdrinks, fruit juices, bottled water and a selection ofdomestic, premium and imported beers. Billing willbe based on beverage consumption during eachevent. Liquor and spirits can be purchased by thebottle. To ensure freshness, wine can be ordered bythe bottle from our carefully selected wine list,available in your suite.


UNCONSUMED BEVERAGESFor suites without a par-restocking agreement,ARAMARK reserves the right, in its sole discretion,to dispose of any unconsumed or unopened foodand beverage at the end of each event and torestock certain items for subsequent events andcredit will not be given for any such items.



ADDITIONAL SERVICES

SPECIAL AMENITIES ARAMARK can provide a selection of customized items for your suite includingpersonalized napkins, balloons, special occasion décor and party favors. We canalso provide a selection of china, smallwares and service ware. Please contactyour Sales Manager for details on rental charges and costs.

SPECIAL OCCASION CAKEIf you're celebrating a birthday or another special occasion, we would be pleasedto prepare a special cake just for you. Please contact our suite sales office 72hours in advance for ordering and pricing.

Procedures & ServicesADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES & TAXES

ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE A standard 15% administration fee is automatically added to the net total ofyour entire order. 4% of this Administrative Charge is paid-out to a third partystaffing company. The remaining 11% of this Administrative Charge is distributedas follows: (i) 30% to the suite service employees, and (ii) 70% is retained beARAMARK and is not intended to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge for thebenefit of service employees and no portion of this 70% is distributed to em-ployees. Extra gratuities are sole discretion of suite holders and/or their guests.

APPLICABLE TAXESFood, Beverage and Administration Fee are subject to applicable governmenttaxes.




CASH OR CREDIT CARDS If you wish for your guests to pay for the food andbeverage themselves please advise your gueststhat they will be resposible for all charges incurredthe night of the event. Just as if you were settingup a “tab”, our suite host and attendant will berequired to ask for a credit card at the beginning ofthe event and a signature will be required at theend of the event. Please make sure that the invoiceis reviewed carefully when it is presented to you.A receipt will be provided to you upon request.

ARAMARK accepts American Express, MasterCardor VISA.

ESCROW ACCOUNTAn escrow account is a convenient way to pay foryour purchases in advance without utilizing a creditcard. Prior to the beginning of the season, pleasecontact your suite representative to set up theaccount and complete the required forms. Anescrow account can be established with a minimumdeposit of $10,000 payable to ARAMARK.As charges are made for food and beverage,deductions are made from the account. When thebalance drops below $1,000 you will be asked toreplenish your account.

Payments & Fees

PRE-PAYMENTYou may pre-pay for all charges incurred foradvanced orders. This requires no payment settle-ment at the conclusion of services provided noadditional orders are placed during the event. Youmust provide a signed payment agreement withvalid credit card prior to receiving service. Theappropriate signature is required on the food serv-ice invoices prepared when services are complete.A credit card will remain on file for additional ordersplaced during the event.

All orders must be secured using one of theapproved payment methods. We will maintaina credit card on file to secure any outstandingbalances that are not covered by your pre-paymentor escrow account.


AUTHORIZED SIGNERS FOR CREDIT &ESCROW ACCOUNTSIt is ARAMARK’s policy that only authorized signers,designated by the suite holder, are allowed tocharge additional food and beverage for the suiteduring an event to the suite holder’s account. If noauthorized signer is present during the event,please notify us prior to the event as to the name ofthe representative who will be responsible forsigning the receipt and authorized to orderadditional food and beverage. If no authorizedsigner is present during the event, the guests willnot be allowed to charge purchases to the suiteholder account. Guests will be responsible to payby either cash or credit card. Please use the selec-tions on the ordering form to specify permission.

CANCELLATION POLICY No charges will be assessed to suite holders fororders cancelled at least 24 business hours inadvance. Suite orders that are not cancelled withinthe 24-hour minimum will be assessed 50% of thetotal food and beverage charge and 100% of theadministrative and additionally billed labour charges

PAYMENT PROCEDURES & POLICIESARAMARK offers three payment options – credit cards, escrow accounts and pre-payment. All suite holders will be required to provide a credit card to be kept onfile for the season. Advance payment is required for all events.



FOOD & BEVERAGE DELIVERY Unless a specific time is indicated, all food andbeverage will be delivered to the suites starting30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. Inorder to ensure the highest level of food quality,certain foods may be delivered to the suites afterthe guests arrive.

HOURS OF OPERATION An ARAMARK representative will be availableduring regular business hours, Monday throughFriday from 9:00am until 5:00pm for all orderprocessing. During an event, please contact yoursuite attendant or suite supervisor.

LIABILITYARAMARK reserves the right to inspect and controlall private functions. Liability for damage to thepremises will be charged accordingly. The suiteholder agrees to accept responsibility for any dam-age done by their group to the function room orsuite, prior to, during or following their event.ARAMARK cannot assume any responsibility forpersonal property or equipment brought into thesuite and event areas.

General InformationOUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGEAll food products served in the suites are handledexclusively by ARAMARK. It is not permissible forguests to bring or remove food to or from thesuites. Any food products brought into the suiteswithout prior authorization will be charged to thesuite holder at our standard retail price.

SECURITY/LOST & FOUNDPlease be sure to remove all personal property ineach suite when leaving the premises. ARAMARK isnot responsible for any misplaced property, articlesor equipment left unattended in the suites.


SUITE ADMINISTRATOREach suite should designate one person as theofficial contact or “suite administrator.” Your suiteadministrator should be responsible for all orderplacement and communication with the suitecatering department.
