From 1992 METAU ENGINEERING, according with the market request, has developed inside the
ability to design and to build hydraulic manifolds.
Today our organization has an high profile KNOW-HOW.
For this reason, we can study, desing and produce a complete system starting from the Customer's specific.
Our technical office works with modern systems CAD-3D.
Our workshop exclusively works with high performance CNC center machines
This allows us then to reach two important objectives:
• The guarantee of the quality of the product
• The containment of the costs of production
We are also able to work blocks in steel, cast iron and aluminum even with complex forms and weight up to 1800 kgs.
METAU ENGINEERING is continually committed to guarantee the quality of the product. All production is submitted to severe and
meticulous quality controls in every phase of the cycle of production.
A modern and efficient assembling and testing department allow us to offer to our Customers a " Total Service"
The Company has been ISO 9001 certified since 1998. In 2001 we had the certification UNI EN ISO 9001-2000.

Ogni manifold viene sbavato e lavato manualmente foro per foro.
Each manifold is manually washed and deburred .

Solo dopo la sbavatura ed il lavaggio il prodotto viene sottoposto a molteplici controlli di qualità
effettuati da personale qualificato ed in un reparto separato dalla produzione.

Assembled hydraulic manifolds
Il nostro reparto di montaggio e collaudo , pur essendo nel medesimo capannone , è separato dalla
produzione. In esso la temperatura è controllata e l’aria viene continuamente filtrata.
Our assembly and testing department is separated from production. In it the temperature is controlled and the air is continually filtered.
Il nostro reparto di collaudo è in grado di effettuare la verifica funzionale sui manifolds assemblati ( se
concordato con il Cliente ) tramite banchi di collaudo da noi progettati e realizzati rilasciando poi un
certificato di validazione funzionale.
On our test department we can check the assembled manifolds functionality (if agreed with the Customer) by our test benches and then issuing a
functional validation certificate.
