Saving you time and money by offering a simplified process such as summarizing your documents once we have retrieved your documents is our attempt to help you with your workload. Provide a Visit Summary Provide a Billing Summary

Chronological reorganization of records, list the medical providers, provide a visit index list with related pages of medical records, identify key points such as: complaint, history, observations, impressions, and treatment. Billing records will be placed in chronological record order, a visit index will be provided, with visit summary key points, index will summarize and identify CPT and ICD9 billing amounts billed and paid.

Who is doing the work? The answer to this is in two parts, the chronological and reorganization piece will be performed by trained Medical Technicians, supervised by experienced document management operations manager, with a quality assurance process in place. The Summaries will be performed by trained medical technicians, supervised by a Doctor, and a 3 step quality assurance process is in place for this part.

What is the cost? If we place your records in chronological order, reorganize, and attach a visit summary, our cost would include $7.50 per location, plus .25 per page for summarization (which includes reorganization) and $5.00 per the delivery of the product on CD.

Therefore, the additional cost for a 100 page set of records delivered summarized would be approximately $37.50. Like with any other product depending on what your particular needs are, your needs will dictate the price.
