    PATIVILCA DISTRICT COMMITS

    A concession of 2 hectares within 30 industrial land hectares for development of theproject in its full extent Geycors for a period of 30 years.

    Obliged to give up their trash at no cost is an average of 200 metric tonnes per dayplant just this batch Geycors responsible Pativilca Township.

    Districts like Barranca and Supe Paramonga are independent and have autonomy oftheir waste and not within its jurisdiction and at least one available PativilcaAutonomous District.

    It reiterates that this is only Pativilca district to concession the way for installation ofthe plant and provide its 200 tons of garbage daily

    JOB GENERATING IN CONVENTION/ PATIVILCA DISTRICT - GEYCORS

    TLPCD plant of 200 ton / day minimum will employ approximately 85 000 hours /person per year in three shifts per day, with 180 people from direct labor and 1500indirect labor and produce about 455 liters of fuel usable per tonne of raw materialprocessed and treated.

    The methane generated in the process is used to run a generator to the facility, inexcess of 1 MW / h available for distribution or sale to the network.

    The time for the installation of a plant of this size (200T / D), is about six months. Theplant will be built at the factory and then transported to your destination will be the end

    for assembly and installation.

    What is known thus far as "bio-diesel" is a production process simple electrificationdiesel from vegetable oils expensive. This raw material base however, is directcompetition with the food industry. The growing demand for bio-fuels thus makes ahuge impact on increasing oil prices and food.

    By contrast, our new method of waste treatment technology can be used as inputmaterial and obviously available in abundance, which in addition to being free usuallypay a Tipping fee (payment for collection of waste and garbage general) per tonnedischarged at the plant, landfill, municipal cemeteries, etc.. it serves as extra or

    additional entry for the benefit of the plant. Other researchers and / or companies havetried to arrive at new solutions to try to develop new methods, but our revolutionarytechnology is advanced and tested and is working 100%.

    OUR OBJECTIVE - GEYCORS AND PATIVILCA

    Worldwide, many landfill's are closing or exhausting their remaining capacity, yet due toenvironmental restrictions, zoning laws, and other regulatory and bureaucratic delays,pitifully few new landfill's are opening to offset the looming space crisis. Meanwhilemunicipal waste continues to flow in greater volume. Handling the nation's wastestream has become a major problem for most municipalities. With more waste createddaily, landfill's nationwide are rapidly facing a capacity crisis. landfill's are akin toowning a reverse gold mine.

    GEYCORS. Has been formed to provide a solution for municipal waste problemworldwide and capitalize on the lucrative benefits of nearly fully eliminating the need oflandfill's.

    THE OPERATION

    There are three components in this operation: Sort and convert incoming waste; importan out-of-state waste stream; and convert waste to either Fossil Free Fuel or toelectricity, Green GEYCORS. Will purchase or long term lease the centrally locatedsites around the Countries to build its processing Sites to fulfil these tasks, All wastewill be sorted and processed immediately to receive Energy and Fuel products as aresult, no delay in receiving and processing is anticipated.

    We will accept direct delivery of waste to its sites through guaranteed waste contractsgiving a discount to waste haulers and others from the

    regular tipping fees they had to pay bringing it to landfill's making it a profit for its wastesuppliers.

    UNIQUE FEATURES

    LANDFILL VALUATION

    Landfills are valued by the volume of waste in cubic yards ("air yards") that can bedeposited into the permitted area. These areas are limited in size and time, none ofthese factors affects are Sites. The current tipping-fee per ton of waste is between35.00 to 175.00 Euros.

    We will only collect a portion of this per ton and making our real revenue with theenergy and fuel production.

    Results for 100 Metric Ton of Waste by using 35.00 Euros as a sample tipping fee

    - Will generate a Revenue Stream a day from Waste alone of $3,500.00

    - Will produce >12000 gallons of high quality Fossil Free Fuel, calculation. 12000

    gallons of Fossil Free Fuel which if sold at $2.0/gallon generates an additionalrevenue stream of $ 24,000.00

    - Will produce additional Revenue through carbon credits; the energy sales ofexcess power production back to the grid; sale of recyclable's left behind after sorting(metals etc)

    BASIC FACTS AND DESIGN CRITERIA

    Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) consists 80 90% of polymerised long chainhydrocarbon molecules. By depolymerization or cracking these long molecules canbe reduced to shorter length molecules with approx. 10 20 Carbon (C) atoms,equivalent to liquid Fossil Free Fuel fraction of crude oil. Accordingly this so-calledsynthetic diesel (or second generation biodiesel) is identical in its chemical andphysical properties to mineral or fossil diesel or in fact in certain aspects even superiorwith a higher Cetane number (accordingly about 5 % more power), and the absence ofimpurities such as stearine or free carbon (no black diesel smoke, no particle filterrequired). The creation of Fossil Free Fuel became Reality. The- Process has as a by-product to Diesel Kerosene; Gasoline and Fuel Oil more Fuel Sources to drivevehicles and Equipment.

    What is known so far as bio-diesel, is produced by simple etherification fromexpensive vegetable oils. This raw material base however is directly competing with the

    food industry, and increasing demand for bio-fuels has already made its impact on oiland food prices.

    On the contrary the TLPCD Technology uses waste as input material; this isabundantly available and not only comes for free but often uses a tipping or gate feeas additional income.

    With this revolutionary technology for the first time in history an alternative fuel sourceapart from fossil fuel is abundantly available. In addition to cheaper and especiallyconstant production costs, the positive consequences in respect to CO2 emissions andthe environment in general are obvious,

    Apart from MSW synthetic Fossil Free Fuel may be produced from a large variety ofinput materials such as:

    - All organic input materials (straw, grass, press cake from fruits and oil plants)

    - Plastics of all kinds including PVC

    - Paper

    - Wood

    - Car fluff (residues from car recycling)

    - Tires

    - Sewage sludge

    - Animal manure

    - Animal waste etc.

    The technology can be used also to dig up old landfills and recycle the remainingmaterial.

    Accordingly no source-segregation of the MSW waste is required.

    Only hard materials (stones, glass, ceramics, and metals) have to be eliminated in theprocess.

    Separation of hard materials is done automatically in another proprietary processincluded with the TLPCD Process, a new form of autoclaving to sterilize the wastestream before hitting the process. This form of pre treatment eliminates all forms ofodours and other known issues when dealing with MSW and other Waste. The entirewaste is processed immediately when received and the hard materials are separated.

    The remaining soft materials are dewatered and dried.

    DESCRIPTION OF TLPCD PROCESS

    All hard materials such as stones, glass, metals, and ceramics have to be removed.

    The incoming waste which arrives at the plant with moisture of 60 65 % has to bedried to residual moisture of less than 17%.

    The waste is dumped into the receiving area and then picked up by a pay loaderequipped with a crusher shovel. A coarse grinding mechanism built into the shovelopens plastic bags and reduces the particles to < 50 mm size. Oversize parts such asbicycle frames, refrigerators etc. remain in the shovel and can be simply tilted out.

    The pre-shredded material passes a magnetic separator as well as an Eddy-currentseparator and is subsequently sent through our proprietary autoclave system where itis broken down to Fluff.

    The dried material passes a fine shredder which reduces the particle size to
