Summary of Terms and Conditions
Base Salary Fees
Captain A320:
$13,000 USD/month
Term: 3 years
Notice Period:
Client: 2 months
Flight Crew: 2 months - not to be served until the Flight Crew has 4 months’ Flight Crew Services (therefore Flight Crew must perform Flight Crew Services for minimum period of 6 months)
Travel Allowance $6,600USD/year plus 10 ID00 Airline tickets for the Flight Crew and his family (spouse plus maximum 3 children)
Children’s Education Allowance: $700USD/month/child (Up to a maximum of 3 Children)
Flight Duty: In accordance with CAAC regulations
Flight Duty Bonus $195/hour over 85 hours/month
Contract Completed Bonus $15,000USD/year
Hard Days Off: In Accordance with CAAC regulations
Roster: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Annual Paid Sick Leave: 8 Days
Accommodation: 5* star hotel accommodation in accordance with EASA definitions of suitability
Transport: All ground transport
Internet: Internet access
Uniform: Uniform and laundry
Care, Support and Assistance: Duty of care support and assistance locally whilst Flight Crew is on contract to Airline
