Summary
The extended abstracts of the contributed papers should be sent as an e-mail
attachment to [email protected]. Please use *.doc or *.docx formats. When
preparing the abstract, please follow common guidelines for such type of documents, e.g.
no unreferenced work (please quote and cite other projects), try to keep it simple and
clear, etc. For the correct format form of the abstract please use this template for
reference. We recommend using pre-set styles in this template to easily format the
document. The length of an abstract should not exceed 6 pages, typed on A4 size with
margins of 2 cm on all sides. The deadline for submitting the abstracts is March 30th,
2020.
Heading in bold letters, Arial font, size 12, centred, space before and after 12 pt., no first line indentation (or use “Heading 1” style)
Paragraph text in Arial font, size 12, justified, line spacing 1.5, first line indentation of
1 cm. No spacing between paragraphs, but with everything else: 6 pt. after the paragraph.
You can use a pre-set “Normal” style that is available in this template.

Tables and figures, if needed, have to be submitted in a final size inserted as an
external object (*.tiff, *.jpg, *.png or similar object formats) in the text. Format figures and
tables in line with text. Figures and tables should not be wider than text in the document.

For figures, place them centred and format spacing before and after of 6 pt. without first
line indentation, or use a pre-set “Normal-Figures” style. For text in tables, no spacing
before and after and no first line indentation, font size 10 and single line spacing, or use a
pre-set “Normal-Table” style. Leave a blank line after the table to separate it from the text if
needed.

To put an emphasis on a word, please format it in italic, or use pre-set “Emphasis”
style. To provide a hyperlink, please format it italic underlined, or use pre-set “Hyperlink”
style.
References to tables and figures should be consecutively numbered within the text
with type and number between round brackets (Fig. 1; Table 1). References to papers,
proceedings, books, etc. and citations should also be consecutively numbered within the
text with the number between square brackets and listed at the end of the abstract in the
references part [1, 2].
The extended abstract must include these parts (you can use pre-set “List
Paragraph” style for lists):
Short summary at the start of the abstract. It should not exceed 500 characters
(without spaces).
The main body of the abstract. Can be separated into sections (if needed).
Acknowledgements (if needed).

References. All references to literature must be numbered and listed here. They
must be sorted in ascending order.
Acknowledgements
You can insert your acknowledgement(s), e.g. this work was supported by the grant
agency.

by "et al." If no author is known, please use company name or title of the source. Year in bold. Journal or Event in Italic, Vol. in Italic, pages. Any additional information (DOI, URL,
