staffpersonnelanddepartmentheads4. Toassistinemployingthecampstaffandcarryoutthestafftraining

5. WorkwiththeDirectorofSupportServicesandCouncilCampingCommitteetodevelopprogramopportunitieswhichmeettheneedsanddesiresofunitsandcampers
6. Makefrequentinspectionsofcampgivingdueconsiderationtosupplies,equipment,facilities,andoperatingpracticesofthecampandunitsincamp
7. Tohaveathoroughknowledgeofallproceduresrelatedtohealthandsafety,councilandNationalpolicies,useofequipment,andoperationoffacilities.TheCampDirectorwillenforceallsuchpolicies.
8. Supervisethephysicaloperationofthereservationincludingequipment,commissary,tradingpost,andspecialfacilities.
9. Maintainharmoniousrelationswithsurroundingpropertyowners,nearbyresidents,townandcountyofficialsandcommercialconcernswithwhomthecampdeals
