Since I can remember the love for jewelry was there. With an aunt who was (and still is) a collector of contemporary jewelry, it was inevitable that my love for jewelry grew bigger and bigger.

Fast forward to 2007, I graduated from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute as a Trend watcher. After this I started to work as Head Designer for “FIVA Jewelry” a well-known and established brand back then.

As most creative creatures, after a while I felt the need to create jewelry without any restrictions. I wanted to make strong recognisable designs in “colourful” fancy jewels, which fit in seamlessly with the actual (colour) trends in stores & boutiques, seizing momentum every season. So with my partner besides me, who is a genius in Marketing, PR & Sales, SCMYK Accessories (pronounce as

‘SMIK’) was born in the Summer of 2012

In 2013 we also added Fine Jewelry to our collection. In the Fine Jewelry we work with high quality gold & rosegold plating and real silver. Our Fine Jewelry collection is another creative output where

we emphasize the more “edgy” side of SCMYK Accessories and me.

All our jewelry is hand-made or hand finished with much loving and care by our amazing team. We strive to keep a keen balance between the best quality and pricing. Making SCMYK accessories

modest in pricing, while maintaining a high end overall appearance.

SCMYK Accessories aims for women to feel good about their selves and their body. Life is good! Happiness & brightness, that’s what we are! We feel boundless and inspiring.

This years SS17 collection has a broad range of bracelets, earring and necklaces like you’re used from the SCMYK collections. With over 120 pieces it’s our biggest collection

so far. We’re already hyped and longing for summer when looking at these items.

Oh and how we love colours… starting of with ‘pure white’, ‘sky blue’ and ‘shadow grey’ the collection flows naturally into “organic green’, ‘pistachio’ and ‘minty’ colours. The natural pastels can not be forgotten….’apricot & coral’ are the leading colors in this part of the collection finished off with some ‘super bright orange’ and ‘fuchsia’, perfect for the

hottest days of the season.

As you know we name all our items to give them the identity they deserve, this season our Inspirations comes from the wonderful world of birds. With names like ‘Bracelet Peekab-lue’, ‘Earring Woodnymph’ and ‘Necklace Pink Pallazo’ we’ve tried to pay an homage to

these beautiful creatures and the amazing colors they carry.

Only hearing these names makes you daydream about tropical places with the special sounds of singing birds, keep this feeling in mind when entering the new SS17 collection.

Gold is still the biggest trend in Fancy Jewelry, but we also welcome a bit more silver and even rosegold in the world of our Fancy Jewelry.
