Summer Dreams Collection

This collection is a mixture of soft floral with light blues and pastel pinks in a range of fun yet simple swimwear pieces. With some added frill and a hint of black, these pieces are perfect for lazing around or frolicking amongst the waves. Inspired by a photograph taken by a friend, I have created a look book that expresses a dreamlike place with beautiful gardens and scenery as the backdrop for the models. My initial idea followed the theme of sweet dreams. When expanding the idea I tried to move away from sweet and go towards a more relevant summer fashion shoot. To do this I utilized design and sewing skills to produce a collection of 4-6 swimwear pieces that would be relevant to current trends and seasons.
