Deloitte Profile

Started in 1845 when Willian Welch Deloitte opened an office in Basinghall Street in London.

Mergers with Hakins & Sells(1952), Touche Ross (1989) and further renaming led to the formation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu  in 1993.

It operates as independent member firms in each geography area and is subject to laws and regulation of a particular country it operates.

Each member firm is structured differently according to the national laws, regulations, and customary practice.

It is one of the Big Four audit firms.

AS), without mentioning the implementation date.

1, 2014.
