In the summer of 2013 we launched an exclusive international Summer Internship Programme for 10 top-performing students within business or engineering. This was a huge success and on the basis of this, the scheme is today an integral part of our future talent pipelining and student integration programmes here at Arla.

Project responsibility from day 1The Summer Internship consists of 8-10 intensive weeks where you will be immersed in your personal project. As an Arla intern you will be challenged to take responsibility, managing your own project, while still being part of a team of competent and passionate employees. You will get a unique chance to build a professional and international network, increasing your qualifications and adding invaluable work experience to your resume.

You will be located in one of our 40 international locations as well as within different areas of the organisation. Regardless of location and function area, we promise to give you both challenging and demanding tasks that are key to the ongoing development of our business. At the end of the period you will present your project findings to your management team.

We will arrange for housing and transportation to the location and you will receive a competitive market salary during the internship.

Ambitious student with leadership potential and a global mindsetTo qualify for the internship programme you need to be studying at master’s level within business or engineering (for UK nationals we also accept bachelor level students) and with an excellent exam record to date.
