Each time you reach a reading goal, you earn a chance to win one of two GRAND PRIZES —a BIKE or a LITTLEBITS DROID INVENTOR KIT. The bike was generously provided by Bike Link of Hoover & Specialized Bicycles. The winner will go to Bike Link to pick out a bike.
You choose which grand prize you would like to be eligible for when you register. A weekly prize will be chosen each Friday at 12:00. In order to be chosen for this prize, books must be
entered in the system no later than 11:45 each Friday! For each Reading Goal you meet you will receive one Library Dollar. You can spend these dollars in the
General Stores at North Shelby Library or Mt Laurel Library. You will be able to buy books, toys, games, candy, and other cool stuff with your ‘money.’ The General Stores will be open after programs, movies, crafts, and storytimes. The Mt Laurel store will open on June 4 and will close when all prizes are sold or August 8, whichever comes first.
Note: Access to the General Store and Library Dollars may be limited on weekends. There is no limit to how many dollars you can accumulate. Spend your dollars as you go or save them up for a bigger prize! Note: prizes change often. Grand Prize winners will be announced at the Summer Reading End Party! The more books you read, the
more chances you have to win! Children must be registered in the Summer Reading Program to be eligible for all prize drawings and
to receive Library Dollars.
