About Summer Edu.Fun. Package Planning to improve your English Language skills abroad? We surely can help you get the language skills you need while learning more about the American culture. Our summer general English classes are based at the beautiful campus of Davis College in Toledo Ohio. The college was established in 1858, and features large classrooms, a comfy student lounge, a cozy library, well-equipped computer labs, and more. Davis College has a small, friendly campus where students receive individual attention. Our clients can join a variety of extra-curricular activities through which they can strengthen their leadership and interpersonal skills on and off the campus. These activities may include beach trips, picnics, mall shopping, movie nights, bowling, sports/gymnasium short-term membership, local attractions and more. By joining our Summer Edu.Fun. program, you will not only have an exceptional learning experience in small classes (16 students maximum), but you will also enjoy supervised and organized social activities and attend various full-day excursions every Saturday. Our program calls deep attention to conversational skills by which students can learn to speak English, hear and understand spoken English and engage in various conversational settings with native speakers of the English language. This will maximize students’ learning exposure and assist them achieve better learning outcomes. We take trust, safety, and ethics very seriously, therefore we only accommodate our students in a highly safe and secured homestay/compound while providing them with around the clock supervision to make all days filled with learning and educational/fun excursions altogether.

Summer Edu.Fun. Highlights § Program Duration: July 18 – September 10, 2016 (around 8 weeks)

§ Program Total Price: $7,600 (U.S. Dollar) only.

§ Edu.Fun. Package includes:

ü Semi-Intensive English program: 4(four) hours a day; 4(four) days a week; [Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for extra-curricular learning activities, entertainment, and outdoor trips];

ü English classes are designed in 3 levels (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced);

ü Safe accommodation or homestay with an American family;

ü Registration, Acceptance Package Issuance, and assistance with Visitor Visa (B-2) application;

ü Air Tickets (Dammam/Riyadh/Jeddah – Detroit/Toledo – Dammam/Riyadh/Jeddah);

ü Transportation (Airport pick-up and drop-off; scheduled shopping; outdoor trips; school commuting (to and from Davis College);

ü Daily Halal meals (2 meals each day); Dinner is at the client’s liking and expense;

ü 24/7 hotline, and personal supervision;

ü Health insurance; and

ü Counseling and guidance.

Pricing, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy Total package price is to be paid to the American Learning Advant-edge IN FULL upon registration. Further instructions will be given with regard to visa issuance and booking round-trip tickets. Payment should be paid in CASH, MONEY ORDER, OR CREDIT CARD. To process the application, a non-refundable application fee of $75 (US dollars) or SAR280 (Saudi Riyal), which is inclusive in the package pricing. Money received for the package can be refunded only in specific conditions, which are:

- Failure to receive Visitor visa (B-2) for reasons beyond abilities of both the client ALA-edge; - Failure to book a round trip flight; - Health conditions that impose incapacity of travel; or - Death of the applicant or a direct relative.

Partial refunds can be made in certain cases where there is any evident health condition or personal emergency. Exceptions will be evaluated by ALA-edge before refunds are accepted. Partial refund can be up to 90% of the total package price. There are 7(seven) calendar days to be eligible for any refund from the date of registration. To be eligible for a full refund, there should not be any costs incurred on the ALA-edge; any costs will be deducted from the refund (minimum of 10% of the package). The applicant may avoid any refund fee by accepting the full refund value of the package as a “voucher” good toward a Summer Edu.Fun. package for the next year. The original receipt and proof of registration must be presented to ALA-edge to receive the claimed refund.

Financial Certification and Required Documentation for Visitor Visa (B-2) It is recommended that the applicant provides a proof of sufficient funds to cover the course tuition, health insurance, and the major living expenses during the Edu.Fun. program. Funds should cover all family members (dependents) who might travel with the applicant in order to receive B-2 visa(s). Any ONE of the following forms of financial support is acceptable:

1) A recent and original bank letter showing the account balance of the source of financial support; OR 2) A bank statement verifying the family sponsor’s financial ability to meet all major expenses of the student.

Before the day of the interview, please make sure to have the proper documents, which are: ü Passport valid for at least six months; ü Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form DS-160 confirmation page; ü Application fee payment receipt; ü Two recent Visa photos to upload into the online application and to take to the scheduled interview; ü Interview appointment letter; ü Copy of the acceptance Letter from Davis College; ü Round-trip flight tickets, if purchased.

Additional Notes:

§ General wait time is 4-6 Calendar Days for the U.S. Embassy or Consulates appointment. § Application fee is $160 and is NOT part of the Summer Edu.Fun. package and should be paid separately § The Summer Edu.Fun. is recreational in nature. Attending the semi-intensive English course is considered

an enrollment in a short recreational course of study, NOT for credit or toward any degree.
