The skills gained at camp assist kids to better engage

in group settings and feel more comfortable participating in physical,

social, and education activities.

The ProgramThe Summer Camp program operates for a six week period beginning July 5 through August 11, 2017.

The home location for the camp program is Tamarac Middle School. Summer Camp is open to children and young adults ages 5-21 with and without developmental disabilities.

Each day starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. The Arc of Rensselaer County provides transportation to and from day camp for participants as needed (based on location) within Rensselaer County.

Summer camp is about building new friend-ships, learning new skills, and developing how to be more independent.

Come join our Camp of Fun and experience it for yourself!
