Summer Team Building 2014
Game #1: Cross the Obstacles
• A teamwork game of communication and trust.
• To play this game, divide the employees into two or three teams of ten people each. Next, choose one leader/guide for each team and blindfold the other team members. In a demarcated space, place some obstacles, etc. Now, the leader has to guide his blindfolded team members from one side to another without touching the obstacles that you have placed in their path. If any of the team members touches the obstacles, the entire team has to start all over again. In this office game, the team which is able to cross the obstacles with minimum attempts is the winner.
• We played a shorter variant where we timed the duration to have all members cross the zone, and each touched obstacle incurred a time penalty.

Game #2: Collective Juggling
• A game of speed and creativity.
• Put the participants in a circle. Ask them to pass 3 balls to one another in a specific order as fast as possible. The first times it will be quite slow, until the participants realize they can rearrange themselves into more optimized configuration.
