Students’ Union Royal Holloway University of London SUMMER BALL 2011 The premier event of the student social calendar is fast approaching. This year, tickets will go on sale on 24th March. As with previous years we are anticipating an on the day sell out of 2000 tickets. SURHUL is giving you the opportunity to present your services to our customers in the ticket sales arena. Here you will have the opportunity to approach the Students and promote your business. The ball takes place on Friday 3rd June.

Marketing Opportunity

WHO ARE WE LOOKING AT WORKING WITH We believe that this is an excellent opportunity for any business to advertise themselves to 2000 students, however we are particularly keen to offer this opportunity to businesses which will enhance the summer ball experience for our customers. These may include: Dress Makers, Suit Hire, Vehicle Hire, Fragrance, Jewellers, etc.

TIcKET DAy OppORTUNITIES (ALL pRIcES ExcLUDE VAT)

For £200 we are offering a 1 metre by 2 metre pitch in the ticket arena. This will allow you to promote your services, distribute your material and speak to our students. (£100 per additional square metre required)

10 x A3 posters displayed on the day only throughout the ticket venue £49.99.

Flyer distribution on the day. Our staff will distribute your flyers to waiting customers. £125 per 500.(weight/size limits apply)
