Who can apply for the summerschool 2014?Postgraduate students, interns and residents, as one of the main purposes of this summerschool is to create an internati-onal forum for young dental professionals affiliated with universities. For senior dental academics and practitioners please contact the program director.

The maximum Number of participants is strictly limited.

Deadline for application is April 30th. 2014

Fee for the summerschool?1.800,00 € attending fee for two weeks; costs for housing and living are not included.

Financial support?Some scholarships may be available. Applications will be accepted from now on, final decision will be made by June 2014.

Course language is English. Applicant should understand and speak English fluently.

Application process:After the University of Heidelberg has received your application, you will receive a confirmation of your definite acceptance and will be charged 1.800,00€. The total fee must be transferred to our bank account within 14 days. Otherwise, the participation will be withdrawn. After the University of Heidelberg has received the attending fee, the applicant will receive a course program and detailed housing information.

Letters of recommendationPlease provide two letters of recommendation which address the applicant’s academic, clinical, research and personal achievements. One letter must be from a medical director of the faculty where the applicant graduated. One letter may be from a personal referee.The letters of recommendation may be mailed to the University of Heidelberg individually, or attached to the application.

Transcript of grades.Transcripts from both dental school and postgraduate work are required.The transcripts may be sent directly to the University of Heidelberg or may be attached to the application.
