Eliminate un-needed categories, types, and steps so to improve reporting and team measurement.

Define Benchmarks
Improve Hiring Yield by x% on a Quarterly Basis.
Run the ‘Pipeline Report’ by Department, Category, Hiring Manager, or Recruiter to identify places for immediate optimization on a weekly basis.
Improve Time to Fill by x% on a Monthly Basis.
Build a custom jobs pipeline report detailing the the number of candidates in each workflow step and the time it took to fill each requisition. Find stop gaps by filtering this report to show time spent in each workflow and potential hang-ups in the workflow process.
50% of all interviews should be driven by employee referral.
Leverage the candidate pipeline report to see who is where in the hire process and then group by Source/Source Type to identify just how many of your active candidates are coming through your employee referral program.
