CRGO Miter Lamination

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of the wide

range of Mitered Transformer Lamination, which is specially

manufactured for wide range of transformers ranging from

5 KVA to 5000 KVA, 'V' notching and multi-holing as per

customer requirements.

CRGO Assembled coresWe can even provide you Built up core / Stacked transformer

core assembled of miter as well as rectangular strip cores at

our place or even at customers factory as per the

requirements. This enables the manufacturer the No Wastage

and the Time Saving Advantage.

CRGO Sheets / Off cuts

Our customer can avail from us a qualitative range of CRGO

Sheet, which are fabricated from high grade of raw

materials. This range is available with us in various

dimensions, sizes and lengths.

CRNGO Rectangle Strip Lamination

For CRNO grades used are M45, M47 in thickness ,

0.35mm, 0.50mm 0.65mm and 1mm respectively with

guaranteed watt loss from 2 to 5 watts/kg.

CRNO E & I Lamination & Stamping

In order to meet the various electrical requirements of the

clients, we have been engaged in offering our clients an

optimum quality EI Lamination Core in CRNGO grades

M45, M47 according to the sizes given by the customer.

CRGO Step Lap Core

The Step lap core offered by us is highly advantageous as it

reduces material costs, easy assembly and low noise level.

Core design leads to Low no-Load losses. We manufacture

Vertical and Horizontal Step Lap Core which is required for

High Efficiency Transformers.

CRGO Rectangle Strip Lamination

Transformer lamination can be availed in various designs of

Rectangular design, Single or Multiple holes, side tip cut

with utmost Perfection in dimensions & Quality.

The raw materials used for CRGO grades are M3(0.23),

M4(0.27), M5(0.30), M6(0.35), with guaranteed watt loss

from 0.85 to 1.35 watts/kg.

CRGO E & I Lamination & Stampings

We manufacture all kinds of E & I laminations as per

customers specifications as well as Standard Types which

are used widely in CRGO grades M4, M5 and M6.

CRGO Electrical Steel Coils

The CRGO steel is received in the form of full coil and can

be sllited in the minimum width of 10 mm and multiples

of 5 mm.The cutters are frequently grinded to control the

burr level.

CRNGO Sheets / Coils

We can provide CRNGO mother coils and CRNGO Slit

Coils, also known as Metal Coils, from the required grade of

materials as per the customers specification.

CRNGO Assembled cores.

CRNGO laminations are stacked to form the core assembly

as per the design provided by the customer. The core

assembly is held rigidly by steel frame clamped together to

prevent vibrations.

Torodial CoreToroidal cores and ring cores are wound by automatic core

winding machine and are annealed in high vacuum furnace

under protection atmosphere or in continuous tunnel

furnace, which results in features like compact volume,

light, low magnetic leakage and hum & high efficiency.

Technical details of CRGO

Building factor (BF) is a very important factor used in determining the No Load Losses of a transformer. It is an empirically derived value based on previous experiences. It ranges from 1.08 to 1.35 for three phases, three limb cores. Generally, BF is dependent on various important factors like core geometry, quality of workmanship of core and grade of material being used.Reducing the BF is a measure that we have incorporated over time by taking precautionary step like proper handling, maintaining appropriate parameters within the processes and controlling burr and edge camber levels.

C.R.G.O.or Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Steel is available in various conventional grades generally called M3, M4, M5 & M6, in various forms such as Regular, Semi Prime & Fully Prime BIS Approved. Recently there is lot's of demand for high permeability grades of CRGO, named as HI-B, TCH, MOH, ZDKH and Domain refined grades of CRGO Steel. Majorly Accepted international standards such as Japanese (JIS), American (ASTM), European- German (DIN) , Russian (GOST) , British Standards (BS-601) and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) which distingush c.r.g.o. grades. Some of the CRGO & CRNGO manufacturing companies of the world are Nippon Steel Corporation, Nlmk & Viz Stal , A K Steel , Thyseen krupp , Posco , Stahl Product , Cogent , China Steel Corporation , Steel Authority of India.

Important Physical Properties of CRGO

Cold Rolled Non-Grain-Oriented Electrical steel or C.R.N.G.O. fully processed steels are iron-silicon alloys with varying silicon contents and have similar magnetic properties in all directions in plan of the sheet. Non-oriented Electrical steel are principally used for motors, generators, alternators, ballasts, small Transformers and a variety of other electromagnetic applications.The earliest soft magnetic material was iron, which contained many impurities. Researchers found that the addition of silicon increased resistivity, decreased hysteresis loss, increased permeability, and virtually eliminated aging.

The magnetization property is affected by impurities, grain orientation, grain size and surface smoothness. It includes magnetostriction, saturation induction, magneto crystalline anisotropy and Curie temperature. Higher resistivity reduces the core loss and magnetostriction reduces by adding Silicon.
