CUS COMMUNITY BIBLE EXPERIENCE

(CBE)Read The New Testament Like Never Before! READ BIG…READ REAL…READ TOGETHERAs an expression of the WORD component of PLMC’s DNA of SPIRIT-WORD-COMMUNITY, we enter into the adventure of reading the whole of the New Testament together as a church family.

We are using Bibles that have the verse and chapter numbers removed so that we can read the New Testament in a format much truer to its original intent. You will be amazed by the things you will notice with these simple changes. You will notice stories and passages that you have never noticed before and gain a greater appreciation for God’s living word. READ BIGYou’ll read the whole New Testament, reading five days a week. The average day’s reading takes about 30 minutes to complete. You can use the weekends to catch up on readings if you fall behind. READ REALYou’ll use a new presentation of the Scriptures called The Books of the Bible: New Testament. It’s designed to feel more like reading the original text. READ TOGETHERYou can share your thoughts and questions with others in small groups that follow a simple book-club style format. There’s no advance preparation other than the
