Jan is collecting the follow items for Romania. The lorry goes out in September so any items must be given to Jan by the end of August. Here is a list of items needed Warm, clean clothes, coats, shoes and boots (including wellies all

sizes) – men’s, women & children Blankets, Incontinence pads,

Mobility aids, walking sticks, crutches etc ,Art & craft resources

Baby clothes & shoes for newborn and children up to 3 years old-

Nappies (all sizes from 0-3yrs) Sudocream, Pram, buggies and

pushchairs for babies & toddlers, Moses baskets, cots & high-

chairs, Cot linen & baby blankets, Shampoo & soap, Baby lotions,

Maternity woman clothes and shoes, Sanitary pads, breast pads

etc Baby & toddler toys, play mats etc (not battery operated

We need to update our list of First Aiders. If you have a

current First Aid Certificate or are a medical practitioner

please let Denise know. We are trying to organise a First

Aid course for those working with children but if anyone

else is interested in doing it please speak to Denise or

Jan. We are not sure of the cost at the moment.. The

provisional date is 29th September

The Health & Safety Handbook is available if anyone

would like to see it. A copy is available in the office

Next Sunday is our Prayer & Worship evening in the

Main Hall from 7pm

Church Weekend Away —7th to 9th June 2019 The church weekend away had been booked. To secure your place we need a deposit of £20 per person asap. You can pay your deposit into the church account quoting your name & church weekend away or by cheque or cash. We recognise that the weekend is very costly for families who wish to attend so if you would like to bless them by giving a finan-cial contribution, or have ideas of how we can fund raise, please speak to Denise

We are going to be running our MakeLunch kitchen in the summer holidays. We will be doing 4 sessions (1 per week) starting on Thursday 2nd August. If you would like to help on the day, or by contributing any food, please speak to Denise or Sharon
