• The test team is often provided the least amount of time and resources
• BUT, there is hope! :D• A strong test team can save a project by getting involved early
o "Design testing" and Planning• Planning and prep work is done early to best prepare for when code is
ready to test. There is no time to waste during test execution.• Test team should Demo any Completed test. A feature/requirement
is not completely tested until it is demo'd to the business!
5. SEO, Social Media, Content CreationWe create websites to get hits (leads) and build credibility online, so SEO > Social Media > Content Creation are very important!
