Semi-mechanized installation The anchoring or bolting industry has a demand for increased efficiency and quality of the installation of bolts. In addition increased safety by minimizing work in unprotected areas is becoming more important to contractors when installing bolts in difficult rock/soil conditions. A change from the conventional post grouting method to a semi-mechanized installation method using an IRIA (Integrated Rotary Injection Adapter) method provides an adaptable installation process, which offers an improved solution and as such added value to the customer:

SDA installation becomes one work cycle performed only by the drill feed No additional work cycle for post grouting Reduced operation cost for additional equipment (working platforms, etc.) Better adjustment of the installation process in respect with the changing geology Flexible selection and adjustment of flush media as needed (water, air or grout)
