PRODUCTION PROCESS OF FENVALERATE
Meta Phenoxy Benzaldehydi is added to reactor.
Slow addition of sodium cyanide (solution) & catalyst is added to reactor.
Keeping the temperature 28 – 30 C by circulation chilled water.
The resultant mixer is washed with soda ash solution.
The Aqueous layer is treated for effluent treatment before discharge. The
organic layer is distilled to remove solvent & trace of water after removing. So
product is cool down & packs.
