OVER/UNDER RUNS & EXACT QUANTITIES • Due to the nature of manufacturing,

we reserve the right to under or overshipby 5% (+/- 10% for Air Fresheners &Moist Towelettes) as per industry standards.

• If you require exact quantities, please indicate this requirement on your PO andplease add $25(V).

• Exact quantities are available on onecolor orders, not exceeding 1000 units.

• Safety Kits and products valued at minimum $20.00(R) will ship at exactquantities.

LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS• There will be a $25.00(V) charge for

orders less than catalog minimums. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity or $300.00(R) value,whichever is greater.

• Less than minimum orders are limited to one (1) color/engraving/location imprints and are not available for Air Fresheners, Moist Towelettes, Snow-brushes and Ice Scrapers, and Lip Balm.

• Printable products are also available as blank goods at minimum catalog quantities, at the End Quantity Price

• Most Blank Goods are shipped in theiroriginal retail packaging. A labor chargewill apply if a repack is required.

INSERTIONS• Upon request, we will include special

insertions at $0.25(V)/item. Complicated insertions may require additionalcharges. Call factory for confirmation.

• Production will not begin until customersupplied inserts are received. Ordersabove catalog quantity will require additional lead-time.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS• All claims must be submitted in writing

within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returnshipments will not be confirmed withouta Return Authorization Number.

• Replacement product will be sent whenrepair of original is not possible. When replacement is not available, a creditnote will be issued.

• Cancellation prior to production requiresa $25(Z) cancellation fee. Should cancellation be necessary after production has begun, the order will besubject to all costs incurred, in addition to the cancellation fee.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS• Submit artwork to [email protected]• PC format, in .eps, .ai .tif, .cdr; all text

converted to curves/outlines.• Artwork charges will apply to artwork

that is non-camera ready or submitted inlow resolution formats (such as .jpeg or.gif). Artwork is billable at: $80.00(V) perhour.

• Artwork cleanup, touch-ups, typesettingand resizing is free.

• AIR FRESHENER ARTWORK:• At all times crop marks must be clearly

indicated, otherwise we will not knowwhere on the Air Fresheners to “place”your imprint!

• Ensure that all colors are trapped withappropriate bleeds/chokes of at least 2 points, with registration marks clearly indicated. Any design or copy should notbe less than .75 points wide.

• Ensure that any bleeds, including keylinestyle borders, run several points beyondthe edges on your submitted artwork.

• Allow for the small string hole when designing your artwork (located approx.3/16” from the top of each Air Freshener).
