Milestone Communications Proposed Agreement

Milestone is a developer and owner of wireless communications structures and facilities and provides leasing, permitting, construction, marketing, management and ownership of multi-tenant antenna facilities.

Owner and Milestone wish to enter into an Agreement by which Milestone shall provide Owner with services described and Owner shall provide Milestone exclusive rights to market the Sites to wireless communication companies and to negotiate in good faith certain agreements for the leasing of such Sites to Milestone and/or wireless communication companies.

Milestone Communications Proposed Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to the other party.
