I. Appealed Cases As of December 31, 2011 there were 11 appeal cases awaiting certification. In year 2011 there were 22 cases filed on appeal. Attached are three separate reports regarding cases on appeal. The “Notice of Appeal” Control Register for 2011. The “Appeal Cases Awaiting Certification of Record” shows the number of cases on appeal that remains to be certified to the Supreme Court pending the filing of transcripts. Transcript Assignment Upon the filing of the Transcript Order and Designation Form by the appellant in indigent criminal cases, the preparation of the transcripts is assigned to a secretary. There are 16 pending transcript assignments at the end of 2011. J. Customer Service Counter The Office of the Clerk of Court also provides the general public with various services as such as the processing of traffic clearances, traffic histories, criminal clearances, and bench warrants as well as copying of documents.
