In format provided by Parkes et al. (SEPTEMBER 2013) Supplementary Figure 1: Circos plots illustrate sharing between loci associated with six immune mediated diseases (IMDs): ankylosing spondylis (AS), celiac disease (CeD), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD; Crohn’s disease plus ulcerave colis), psoriasis (Ps), rheumatoid arthris (RA), and type 1 diabetes (T1D). For each IMD, associated loci are listed around the circumference according to chromosomal order. Links are annotated by reported lead SNP and reported gene, or locus if no gene was reported. Concordant shared loci are indicated by teal green lines, discordant by brick red lines. Shared loci at which lead SNPs were not correlated are not shown. Raw data necessary to draw plots is provided in S3 Supplementary Tables 1-6. Plots were generated with Circos (hp://circos.ca/). Supplementary Figure 1: Circos plots illustrate sharing between loci associated with six immune mediated diseases (IMDs): ankylosing spondylitis (AS), celiac disease (CeD), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD; Crohn’s disease plus ulcerative colitis), psoriasis (Ps), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and type 1 diabetes (T1D).
