MATERIALS
The materials will be stored and machined in single batched. To avoid contact corrosion, we store austenitic and
ferritic steel separately. Upon request, we can provide you with a inspection test certificate according to DIN EN
10204 for all materials.

We are a TÜV-accredited manufacturer in accordance with AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 / TRD100 and use a quality
management system in accordance with ISO 9001, KTA 1401, which also conforms to the Pressure Equipment
Directive PED 97/23/EC. We are also certified according to the regulations of Germanischer Lloyd. Furthermore
we are a TÜV-accredited manufacturer in accordance with VdTÜV-Merkblatt 1253-4.

REACH
Declaration to regulation EC no. 1907/2006 for registration, evaluation, accreditation and restriction of chemical substances (REACH).
The company Sonderschrauben Güldner GmbH & Co. KG is manufacturer and distributor of fasteners and CNC turned and milled parts. By
this the company is only affected by this regulation as secondary user. Any responsibilities that appear due to the production and placing on
the market of substances and chemicals for pre-registration and registration, are not applicable for us.
The products we deliver to you are finished products and by this cannot be defined as substance or formulation (according to (3) Art,
definition REACH regulation). Our products do not release any substances.
In accordance to (7) Art, the registration of those items is only mandatory if they contain corresponding substances which shall be released.
This is not the case for our fasteners. Furthermore our fasteners do not contain any substance concentrated to more than 0,1 weight percent
which are defined in the current Candidate List (Art. 57, Art. 59, Clause 1).
We will fulfill all requirements by the REACH regulation for secondary users. Any product changes, their supply availability as well as the
quality of the delivered items caused by REACH will be announced to you. We will agree upon suitable arrangements in the particular case.
RoHS
We, the company Sonderschrauben Güldner GmbH & Co. KG, confirm that the products delivered by us are in accordance to EC regulation
2002/95/EC (RoHS). The used materials do not contain any of the mentioned toxic substances or these substances are only contained in
the alloy content in the raw material and within the allowed limits.
It concerns the following substances:
- Plumb (Pb) - Polychlorinated Biphenyles (PBB)
- Cadmium (Cd) - Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)
- Hexavalent Chromium (CrVI) - Quicksilver (Hg)
If products are ordered according to customer’s specification, the order specification is binding.
