Patient and Patient Advocate Educational Scholarships
The opportunity to fund registration and travel (combined $3,000 support for each individual scholarship) for patients and patient advocates to attend the 19th annual NPSF Patient Safety Congress is now available. Additional New Options This Year
Available to organizations at select supporter levels, the Innovation Theater, located in the Learning & Simulation Center, provides a unique venue to present innovative programs, perspectives, and learnings to NPSF Congress attendees. With theater seating for up to 30 participants, supporters are provided with a collegial and collaborative setting to engage and interact with health care leaders.
Sessions are limited to 30 minutes, including presentation and audience Q&A. Four sessions are available: during the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, the Networking Reception on Thursday, and Thursday and Friday lunches.

INNOVATION THEATER
R KITCHENOur conference hotel offers an engaging, fun option for special events. The R Kitchen is an interactive and open kitchen available for group functions, demonstrations and more. Perfect for connecting with customers and prospects alike; ideal group size is 40–60.
Two evening openings are available, on Wednesday and Thursday, following the conclusion of official NPSF program activities each day.
Fee Structure
Core sponsorship of at least $10k is prerequisite to hosting an R Kitchen event.Ø A $5,000 access fee will be charged by NPSF to the special event host organizationØ The host organization is responsible for all food, beverage, promotional, and incidental expenses.
