That in consideration of the payment to be made by the PROCURING ENTITY to theSUPPLIERiCATERER as hereinafter mentioned, the SUppLIER/CATERER herebycovenants with the PROCURING ENTITY to provide the Goods and Services, and to remedydefects herein in conformity in all respects wit-h the provisions of the General Conditions andspecial condition of the contract and to replace the goods rated defective by the committeeof Inspectors, consistent with clause r4.4 of General condition of contract:

That the PROCURING ENTITY hereby covenants to pay the SUppLIER/CATERER inconsideration of the provisions of the goods and services, iemedying of the defects thereinand the replacement of the goods as rated defective by the Committee of Inspectors, theCONTRACT PRICE or such other sum as may become payable under the provisions of theContract at the time and in the manner prescribed by the General and Special Conditions ofthe Contract;

6 The Procuring Entity shat pay base on the Actuar Number of persons appeared in theattendance. It is the responsibirity of the End-user/committee on Foods'to inform theCaterer/Supplier ofthe Actual Attendance on the day ofthe Activity:
