The Program

● Cost = $1,500 for one day of on-site service with our qualified engineer, including travel expenses

● The fee for this Program is Waived with significant orders for Complete Boiler Drum

Level Indication Systems, valued at $15K net or greater to C-R

● The fee may be negotiated with orders for less than Complete Level Indication Systems, by consulting us to discuss your proposal

The Program

● This program is available for all users of C-R Boiler Trim products

● We will issue a numbered certificate to the primary customer contact (end user) for this service well in advance, in order to coordinate a site date

The Program

● We provide a detailed report including:

- List of Instrumentation Evaluated - List of Staff Trained - List of Findings - List of Recommended Inventory Parts (This will establish the correct standard in the plant, with our identification)

Parts Statement

The use of non-original equipment manufacturer parts (such as glass, gaskets, probes, modules, etc.) will VOID the agency approval (FM, UL, CSA, CRN, ABS, ETC.), pressure/temperature rating, and the warranty of the instrument.

Clark-Reliance requires the use of OEM parts on this product in order to maintain plant & personnel safety and reliable operation.

The Report

● We provide a detailed digital report

● All site activities will be documented

● The report is user friendly, easy to complete, and it is the “Base" for follow-up business.

The Program

● This program is currently available to any user within the Continental U.S. or Canada

● Our factory Engineer / Specialist will accompany our Regional Manager and the Representative for the first one or two Sure Start meetings in their territory

Our 1st Sure Start Service was Successfully Conducted in January 2010

• Issues with the installation were identified

• O & M training was conducted

• The report was provided to the customer

• The customer was pleased with our support

New Sure Start Tool Kit

• This kit (Ref: Item # RSSTOOLKIT) contains the tools required for proper maintenance
