Adhesive forces & Cohesive Forces

• adhesive forces refers to the attractive forces between unlikesubstance, Adhesion is generally the force of attraction presentbetween the water molecules and the walls of vessels.

• Cohesive Forces :the force of cohesion is defined as the force of attraction between molecules of the same substance.
