Dear reader,

welcome to this special collection (logos) of highlymotivated translations of perceptions beautifullycomposed by the authors of the contributions in-cluded in this issue of European Surgery. Logos de-scribes the collection of translations of perceptionsand may manifest in any form of human expres-sions including politics, economy, money, science,art, painting, philosophy, poetry, surgery, radiology,physics, molecular sciences, ethics, morals, history,anatomy and music. Quantum field based poetry(Atemzüge eines Sommertags) forms the beauty of ourglobe as man questions the essence of all perceptions,which develop at the root of our eye. As such eachof you, dear readers, represents the center of its owncosmos and universe. Full stop. Logos became lectorafter the introduction of the Roman Imperialistic Pres-sure (RIP)—approach to order the collections basedon the assumption: if something helps me to increasepower (�) it is right, if it impairs, reduces my power(�) is it wrong. � measures the value and strengthof any given power. Any morals, ethics, politics aimto justify any given manifestation of will for power(despotism, industry etc.) by catching us with theuniversal translator: i.e. money coins might (MCM).Later we will detect that exceptions evolve, whennature interacts with our inventions.

lates to the real meaning of sozein and socialism. Asa matter of fact, the large majority of socialists haveno idea about the real meaning of the word whichdescribes, which aims to describe their political ori-entation! As such, socialism directly relates and rootswithin the desire of man to collect (logos) and save(sozein) knowledge. It seems that this quality resideswithin the inner quality of man. Man saves, man col-lects and man orders. As such the beauty of scienceshould motivate us to continue the story telling, tocontinue the myth of man, as described in the recentissues of European Surgery.

The recent issue of European Surgery presenteddisease. Disease entered the stage and talked to YOUdear readers and explained the way, how disease looksat us, watches us, interprets and translates us into thespace time quantum fields of its experience. As suchdisease told YOU, that most of its expression resultsfrom a metabolic response induced by the intake offoods and beverages containing concentrated sugar.And disease explained how that works. In the pres-ence of a specific genetic profile, concentrated sugarinduces a neuro-humoral response, which in turncauses the release of proteins, molecules and ions,which in turn act on cells, tissues and fluids, bacteria,viruses and structures and thus orchestrates the largespectrum of symptoms and states of affairs includingtumours, inflammations, cancers, diarrhoea, diabetes,hypertension, high levels of cholesterol, obesity, de-pression, eating disorders etc. Here we continue tofollow the presentation of the disease, the stage isopen for you, dear disease, please continue to speakto us.

where we find it and what type of foods containthis fundamental type of molecule, which irri-tates and trembles our metabolism, health andwell being.

First of all WE have to understand, YOU haveto understand: concentrated sugar representsa special form of space time quantum field ori-entation, which interacts with the space timequantum fields of your body. And this body(YOUR body, YOUR I and I) continuously wavesand interacts with the continuous space timequantum field of the universe (Hubble the tele-scope!). As such YOU are a special and somehowunique part of the continuous universal spacetime quantum field, and this space time quan-tum field follows the segmented regulations ofrelativity, power, strength and velocity, which inturn are perception—induced phenomena. With-out interaction there is no speed, no time, nostrength, no power, no will, no fact, no mat-ter, no perception, value and tune. Well taken.Concentrated sugar represents that type of sugar(sweeties, sweeteners, artificial sugar), which ispurified as it is taken out of the harmonic or-chestration of energy—delivering foods. Sugar isconcerted during i.e. cooking, heating a soup,smoothy making etc. In addition life offersgerms. For the formation of roots, those germscontain a mixture of proteins (very good) andconcentrated sugars (not good for us!). Milk rep-resents a fluid form of germ, i.e. combination ofproteins (good) and concentrated sugars (not sogood). As thus the history of man teaches thatpopulations and civilisations have been eradi-cated by the increased consumption of germs,i.e. grain, corn, potatoes, sugar cain, maize,carrot etc. What remained are the architecturalremnants of these civilisations and some of theirmyths, stories and histories survived. Second,starving and hunger hits the metabolism, too.As a consequence, I would recommend youto eliminate foods and beverages containingconcentrated sugar and to avoid starving and

hunger. Taken together, things get easy whenwe understand, that I am the imbalanced re-sponse following hunger and consumption ofconcentrated sugar. And here I can end my talk,the rest should happen in your kitchen, in yourrestaurant, in your bar and in your home landfoods and beverages. Do not forget to moti-vate yourself to follow my recommendations.Finally, I have to admit, that sugar makes thejob, but sugar may alter the power and strengthof our immune system so that we develop a sen-sitivity for infections, sugar may foster hyper-allergic reactions and responses against specialforms of space time quanta. And here I wishto introduce you to my good, old friend, bio-sheriff Major Role. We know each other sincemillions of years. Major Role developed outof the preeminent ocean of space time quantamany million years ago, and since that time wecollaborated highly successfully. Many forms ofdiseases result from the interaction betweenMa-jor Role and the organisms. In addition, specificmetabolic diseases foster Major Role induced re-sponses. As such, bio-sheriff Major Role inducesand generates a giant neuro-humoral response,which shocks the body, roles the gut, squeezesthe skin and floods out the lungs. Due to thecurrent developments on mother earth it is timeto introduce to you the next speaker: here comesbio-sheriff Major Role. He will explain us, whathappens, if nature interacts with our inventions(Fig. 1).Major Role, the fascinating and highly effective

originating at the root of your eye. Wellcomedown there. You are a matrix of special order,you form the sheet of a special calculation, youcontain mean values and standard deviationsof those alive, sick and dead, some of you mayfollow the guidelines and require, need andprecipitate indoor therapy and/or ICU manage-ment. I directly belong to nature,and my nature now interacts with the innova-tions of the human mind, with YOUR inventionsand achievements, hopes and desires, fears andthoughts, including economy, money, religion,philosophy, medicine, art, technology, science,publication and journalism, populism, politics,despotism and death. Since your inventionsoriginate from the roots of your brain and thebrain belongs to human nature, the products ofyour mind may also be categorised within thespectrum of natural manifestations. But theyhave made their way through the spirit, mindand thought of man. So those interactions maybe categorised as indirect natural manifesta-tions. It seems there exists no clear answer tothat. However, any perceptions represent seg-mented translations of the universal space time

quantum field, i.e. energy matters for matter. Asa matter of fact, I contribute to alter the surfaceof the earth, I contribute to alter the appearanceof public spaces, roads and cities (Fig. 2). I testthe stability of your social, economical, healthcare and political systems (your mind rootedinventions). This is a great adventure and I haveto admit that, as I interact with you (Fig. 3),I will give you a great chance to get rid of meand maybe the interaction between your inven-tions and me (nature) may stimulate to alteryour present and current state of mind. I maydemonstrate, that the human civilisation is vul-nerable and soft. As such you may reload andrecharge humility, gratitude and thankfulness.Maybe you may stay away from greed, envy,hate and hunger? Maybe I may motivate you tocalm down, step back and cool down. Maybeyou may redefine your goals? May this translateinto the essential meaning of my appearance?May I foster discipline for essence!! Think aboutit, stay tuned, be you. Never stop your searchfor the truth underlying your perceptions: WHOR U? May the interaction between me and youfoster the development of psychological immu-nity against any form of despotism, uncriticalreasoning; and maybe this process may resultin effective vaccination against stupidity- anddespotism-induced misbehaviour (central mal-adies vs. Maldives).

Since Major Role harbours no front and rear, noside, upper and lower surface, since Major role isa spheric phenomenon, as assessed by electron mi-croscopy, bio-sheriff Major Role simply shuts down,roles off stage and disappears. The loudspeakersevoke “I shot the sheriff, by Bob Marley”. The au-dience applauses within the matrix of its excel typeorder of seats and habits. Disease closes the rumorand sessions out over and down:

The session closes and you are the audience. Can-cel greed, envy, hate and hunger. Allow and emanci-pate a united state of mind (alligator shaped Amer-icas). Not all manifestations are to be treated bysurgery.
