•Provide a period-ized plan to facilitate PTP, NTC & Rest & Recovery periods and also remove the previous conflicting timing of those various programs with club programming.


•WHAT IS A BCPL FRANCHISE

•A highly almost professional like level of soccer programming that caters up to the top 18 players at each age level and for both genders.

•We shall operate our franchise to provide the above opportunity predominantly to players in our catchment area.

•It is important to engage regional partners so that they too can provide a pathway for players in their clubs to have convenient access to BCPL for the elite player.

•No restriction on Out of District players

No further “evaluations” will be undertaken but there will be ongoing evaluation and assessment of player performance which will include a mid season written performance assessment.

Player movement in and out of the program will be possible but anticipated to be very minimal.

Combine camps for aspiring BCPL players will be held after the mini-season.
